I think you are assuming since there is alot of dark elves at the outpost that it is on the same faction as neriak. I am pretty sure this is not the case. I may be wrong but the outpost is mostly on Venril Sathir faction. so being a dark elf doesnt matter as much.

i am a bad player and maybe wrong.

Can you give me the name of players, names of guards (if you have logs).

I will write a query and ask Nilbog to run it, but I am willing to bet the human had higher faction than the DE.

Just because a player is human, doesn't mean they don't have better faction than you with OT. Anyone that has fought in VP for even a few hours has warmly faction with OT.

Dispels dont seem to aggro guards.

I was sitting in middle of guards with max warmly, got dispelled 10 times. They cast a root on me and guards aggro. Didnt move an inch.

dispel is consider beneficial to guards, quit guard hugging.
