How many gems can be acquired before the spirit pops?

Also, what's the best way of killing yourself? How so you avoid xp loss??

I did this as a lowbie so I didn't care about the XP loss. I would reccommend a duel

Canni or punching quest people seems like it'd be effective.

8 com books while leveling from 44-48.
Msxed after that.

I ended up doing blackdire after I was already maxed.

I did the epic normally up to the CoM page turnins, then 6x page turnins and 1x Lord Ghiosk books turnin got me max this morning
