That's the problem though. Most parking lots in this state have surveillance cameras. Of course they aren't used to enforce the laws already being broken, but the second I do anything to the dirtbag's car you know the local pigs will be all over me.

Police officers have better things to do than enforce parking violations on private property. Vandalism is another thing.
