Sorry this won't be possible. When I, or another developer writes a quest, it needs to be tested within our environment. This wouldn't be possible with outsourced quests - and I would still need to go through each one of them.

Rewriting these is on a to-do list.

It has not and doubt its been worked on.

I don't get the point of having no drop items if you can MQ anything.

MQ is a classic bug that should be treated as it is: a bug.

So was global cooldown refresh. So were many other things.

MQs still work on live. It's not a bug. The Quest NPC asks you to return with several items, if you give him half of what he asks and your valiant companion gives him the other half, he would reward you. It's pretty common sense to me.

There were a lot of "bugs"/mechanics that the original developers never intended, but fixing them when they wanted to would have caused a ton of outrage so they didn't.
