I have great exsamples that not just the people training should be banned but anyone raiding vox (or in the zone all together)

Sometimes people don't log out after doing the levi trick and don't realize they got aggro. It ends up training back to them through Vox's lair.

no, i was told by GMs that it's legit because "anyone can do it"

anyone can screen drag too, but apparently that's against the rules??
