That rules post was most recently updated little over a year ago but I thought that part about trading accounts was 1.5+yrs ago. I think I was still playing blue when they changed that rule.

GMs got tired of middle manning scum shits like sektors trading and account then changing the password because they still controlled the email attached to the master account

Beyond server rules the fact is 2 grown men made a deal and one is trying to scam the other is the point.

I did like it when accounts were up for sale on trading forums for pixels though. Miss that. It's a shame how many chars sit on the side lines that people don't want to play anymore.

I would want to unload chars, not buy. I like having my own char that no one can log on or steal later.

It was good I remember when I first came back to red for kunark after my break during vanilla we traded a monk account for a RBB and couple other things to make leveling our new characters easier.
