I've just seen so many new locations that I never thought about checking out, exploring and to get killed.

I remember playing back in '99 and doing the Burning Rapier quest and having to jump off the boat, swim to the certain location and dive down to get the quest piece. And this was with a dial-up modem... I was freaking out because I had no clue what in the hell was in those waters?!?

This 'zoneline' is actually water related... It forms a channel all the way from the zone wall mountains to the spectres.

Looking at the EQ map we can see that it is in fact a dried up riverbed!
