2002 - hit glares. I'm thinking the modifier (for my combo) is about -1000. If that's right I should see glowers after ~300 more.

2319 - glowers. Woot!

2607 - apprehensive.

My combo is pretty much max KoS on p99 so it'll be a while before I see any change.

I hope you have logging enabled. Would be interesting to see what the penalty works out to. It looks like mine was -1k (or -950 maybe), so I had to kill ~2600 to get to -449 and hit apprehensive. (If the faction numbers on https://wiki.project1999.com/Faction are correct.)

3984 bandits and Brood of Kotiz maxed out. I expected to see 4k, but I didn't have logging enabled until lvl 40 so it's possible I killed a few as I was xping.

This might have been worth it pre velious pre dial a port. now its pointless. I don have a character I did it on, it was easier in the chardok ae era of the server.
