Some were new with the Sol Ro patch, some items were added to existing NPC.

GrimFeather was added with the patch as far as I can see. No mentions of him anywhere until after the quests were added.

Need more info before adding a rule to Aviak Charm as it is also used in a Kerra quest.

Since crafted is released next month, try to have a look at the bug I have for it not to have stats bonuses right away. Those were added later.

Didn't shin used to drop, anyway, before it was even used in a quest? I used to love these in the RZ "no drop lootquest" :)

Sort of like HG toes and firedrake scales - iirc, many of these dropped prior as just random goodies. However, I don't have src for this.

[off-topic: Totemic armor and some of the class exclusive armor freaking sucks, often offering 0-related stats. In the future, that'd be fun for custom content is to "fix" a lot of these armor quests to have some relevant stats so it's worth even a copper. Such a shame that such cool armor is just so bad]
