as someone who has traveled the world, 1st 2nd and 3rd world countries, I'd say china has the nicest immediate area type facilities, that said, thats only a very small area of china, same with dubai and uae and other oil rich countries. as far as entire area being sort of nice with pockets of super nice, USA takes the cake. noone comes close.
