I remember teaming up with Kittens a few times when we were in Guild/RNG/Ghost and thought it went pretty smoothly with both guilds being treated fairly, then all of a sudden Kittens was like "Friendship ended with those guys, Riot is my new BFF now"... never understood how that happened. Like, they'd rather get scraps from Riot than a fair pop roll from us. Obviously that isn't on the table anymore, but at the time I remember a lot of people saying we should team with them more.

Did I forget about some drama that went down between us and Kittens? Because it really seemed like all of a sudden they were content with being Riot's B team. Actually, "content" isn't even the right word, they're fucking jazzed about it, going so far as to parrot basically everything Riot says in the UN, even when it is clearly against their own self interest.

The whole thing is really bizarre. Did someone in Vanq pull a Diamondfist on someone it Kittens or something? Cause I just dont understand how they went from successful team ups with us to frothing at the mouth angry with us.

These days it's literally about having the bodies to kill a raid mob, not the skill required to FTE it. Your argument isn't good.

It is unfortunate. We did a 1.5 hour clear to Vulak with Kittens from trips hall, and that was a really fun time. It's interesting to see how things have changed. I wonder if there's some Real Life (tm) connection between Riot + Kittens that was responsible for it.

These are the kinds of things people who don't realize they are giant assholes say.

Here's some insight into those team ups. No one wanted them. 99% of the Kittens who went on those did so just because our officers dragged us along and wanted to continue to be good guys of the server and have good relations with everyone, but make no mistake none of the kittens on any of those team ups wanted to be there. It was simply an opportunistic situation to play nice and get loot. None of us liked you, and we still don't.

Yea, I also remember doing a Vyemm and Vulak with them in the same night once. I remember because I made the tank lists and was trying to make everyone feel involved so was alternating between our warriors and theirs. Was surprised that they actually had 2 or 3 pretty beefy tanks. Pretty sure one of them actually one tanked Vyemm for us that night.
