no but i also dont host welfare groups where we all just roll to see who gets to loot the mob

Exactly, You bring a group appropriate level to kill the mob then you roll on the loot, you dont form a group with someone 40 levels under what is required, its welfare when you let people roll that provide nothing.

the solution to this is extremely easy and requires no additional rules to be voted on, if they con green to a 60 you just don't help them, wish them luck and log off until next spawn

A minimum level would be great IMHO. I'd be down for whatever Green has (sounds like 55+?).
