Um. I am to replace dbstr_us.txt file dated 5/2010 with the file dated 2/4/2010? Is this correct? (This is one of the two files in eqchanges.zip.)

I've just replaced the spells_us.txt. The debstr_us.txt shows 2/4/2010, I've just downloaded the spell file this morning.
