Players shouldn't be affected by lvl restrictions on spells like this

immune to poon

ok the 2 songs being looked at here is the lvl 53 mez (song of twilight - you hear the music of twilight) and lvl 15 aoe mez (kelin's lucid lullaby - you feel quite drowsy )

working as intended on lvl 52 here

when these songs are casted on a level 60 there are no resist messages for the victim , there is a message for the user though

this leads me to beleive this bug is level associated

im 60 mage got mezd the first shot on dek that day at 135 mr

we need to see some screenshots tune who knows if dink was realy buffed or not ... you mezing a guildie that is in TS with u means nothing to me . show an actualy screenshot of dink resisting and haveing no buffs

what? dink wont even know hes getting cast on. Theres no message. The resist message is only on the casters part

During test of tactics time on live, I watched team Hidden Power practice a bit.

I watched Ssok, uber bard, actually keep a mez on a well geared player while beating down another. Pretty ownage to see. He did have a tash orb, can't recall whether or not it proc'd because I was in tells etc. But it definitely should work on 60s.

Resist rate.. eh... consult the lucy, so far I've been paging through that on and off and it holds up to what I remember. I can't really find something I'd say "it didn't work like that!" to yet.

shouldnt you post the dinks log instead? also try doing it to yourself.

we have stuns as well as mez, think sickpuppy is mistaken

there is NO message for a resist on high lvl players

proof, evidence, ect? i dont understand how someone can claim something in a bug report but is too lazy to ss it... show screen of the person getting mezzed not having a message up. pretty simple.
