If its the latter, the new costs go unpaid, and the cost of insurance is inflated even more so than that fucking crook, Obama, caused by making insurance "affordable" in the first place. then when the cost of insurance is inflated the % income qualifiers for what is defined as "reasonable cost" then qualifies more people for subsidy increases inflation caused by increased state subsidy costs moreso and it comes a selfperpetuating inflation machine.

In the secondary, the poor get doubly fucjed, because not only do they have to buy insurance they cant really afford, they also have to ride the costs upward as it baloons to offset the costs of providing insurance, for free, to half of mexico.
