Do we always have to seek approval from Horza on what topics are discussed and how long? Does Horza also decide which parameters that we can scope Trump under? I see one authoritarian here.

Linick plans to "provide staff with copies of documents related to the State Department and Ukraine" this afternoon in a bipartisan closed-door briefing with relevant congressional committees, a person familiar with the briefing told CNN.

I don’t get it, I thought the story was Biden did nothing wrong thus Trump was attacking an innocent political rival. Why would his odds drop in a Democrat primary which is democrat voters?
