What I want to know is why you are so intent on having a Fungi RIGHT NOW when you are just going to be spending all of your time hustling in EC to make the rest of the plat anyway.

Just spend a few more weeks hustling and buy it straight up. You know this market, right? Unless Velious drops next week, prices aren't going anywhere except marginally down. Chances are if you just put your head down and keep earning plat, you can probably score it for 65k a month from now.

There's the time value of having the money right now too for the potential lender.

5k in profit over 4-8 weeks instead of just selling right now for 5k less potentially harms the lender's ability to pick up a few other cheap items and turn them for even more profit in that time. Depending on how much time they spend in EC. :) Even so, 70k isn't exactly high for a fungi.

I made 15k valued items in 2 days now. I am omw to EC tonight. NeXT week I will update this thread to WTB Fungi, paying 50k now and 20k in 3-4 weeks.

I want the Fungi now cuz I am eager rofl!! And yeah I did buy à CoF already from hard work over 2 months so I am a reliable guy! ;O)

Sellers drop me a tell if you change your mind.. :)

Why not put up your CoF as collateral???

You get your fungi, the sells isn't screwed if you poof, you have motivation to get the rest of the money and your CoF back.

Seems like a good deal.

Hmm too high risk.. I would prefer to pay a higher price then like 75k. As i am closing in on 60k the deal will be less attractive to me so I am really hoping someone will take 50k now and trust me to pay 20k within 1 month....

I will finance my fungi for 80k to you, 40k down payment and your COF as collateral, COF returned the moment you pay off the 80k. Must be paid off, in full, within 4 weeks else I keep all monies received and the COF.

You do understand the irony in this, correct?

You're asking someone to take a high risk in you, but you won't take a high risk in them...

I'll write an insurance policy on the transaction for 10% of total value, payable by the seller.

Buyer provides me with emu/login info. Emu password (server login will remain unchanged) will be changed during the loan term. When the debt is satisfied, emu information will be released back to the buyer immediately upon final payment.

In the event of default, the item will go into escrow (I will provide this service) where it will sell for the remaining balance owed to the seller. (ex. if the initial down payment is 50k and the remaining interest payments amount to 35k, the tunic will be sold in EC/Auction for 35k).

The item on loan with lien against it, is not to be removed from the account under any circumstance. If the item is moved to a character on another account, it must be documented BEFORE the transfer and emu info be provided for that new account. If the item is removed from the account before the maturity date of the loan and is not documented, the loan will be considered in default and the emu info will be turned over the to lien holder (seller).

As an insurance policy on my good faith and credit, I will deposit 250k into escrow with a reputable third party for as long as this business is in effect. In the event that the policy underwriter (me) defaults or breaches the trust of either party by any material disruption to the course of business, claims pursuant against me can seek restitution from these funds held with the escrow party to the extent of the value of services rendered. The underwriter's funds on deposit with the escrow will be ineligible for the underwriter to redeem back while any insurance policy is in effect (effective).

Qualifications for eligibility for insurance will vary depending on value of item on loan.

You know you are leaving money on the table on this deal right? In the event that the recovered asset price well exceeds the loan outstanding.

You collect a fee AND can get a percentage (or all) of excess proceeds. All seller gives a shit about is being made whole. Or you can cut him in on the deal "in the event of..." or whatever.
