actually, a pretty memorable fuck around fight I had with a guildie in PoP was right outside Kaladim and he popped Mightystrike with a plankton on and actually landed all 3 hits for over 1500 on each, killing me instantly. Was shocked because it was over 5k damage in one round (but more shocked he even landed the hits with Lightning Reflex 5 and an 8% dodge mod from Xegony shoulders).

plankton could cripple for over 2k and hit for well over 400 on regular hits.
