Project 1999 - BDA loot distribution?

When I was an officer I had drawn up a legal binding contract that would rope anyone into doing what I wanted when they signed on as a new member.

This guild (the "Guild"[Bregan D`Aerth{BDA}]) is operated by Chest (formerly Chest & Sadad[formerly Sanluen]) (the "Guild"), a guild registered on Project 1999 EverQuest private server (p99), with its registered website at project1999.com

Guild property:
All valuable droppables and other property rights subsisting in the Guild and its contents (including in all text, images, graphics and guild chat contained within the Guild), and in its look and feel, are owned by the Guild or members of its group of friends, or by third party providers. Except where otherwise specified, you may never use the items for your personal, non-commercial use, unless documented and those contents bear the copyright and other proprietary notices and disclaimers displayed on them by the Guild.
Other than as specified above, neither the Guild nor any of its contents may be modified or copied in whole or part in any form, including by framing, incorporation into other guilds or other public groups, or be used to create any derivative gainz. No links to the item may be included in any other chat forum within or out of game without the Guild's prior written permission. None of the Guild's, nor any of its groups, items may be used without the Guild's prior written permission. The Guild reserves all its rights.
Other than as specified above, nothing in the Guild disclaimer should be construed as granting any right or licence. The Guild cannot guarantee that users of the item have any right to use content available on it which is owned by any third party, and that third party's permission will be required before their items can be used. None of the items of the Guild may be changed, nor may any donation or retiree notice appearing on that item be altered or removed, without prior permission.

Access to the Guild, and use of its contents, is at the user's sole discretion and risk. To the greatest extent permissible by applicable laws, the Guild excludes any such warranties and representations that may otherwise be implied and excludes all liability with respect to the Guild, its contents or the use any user of the Guild makes of it or those contents.
Nothing on the Guild shall be deemed to constitute an invitation to invest or otherwise deal in phat lewtz or other securities of the Guild.
Third party gainz:
The Guild may contain access to third party owned lewtz. The Guild provides such items for the convenience of the users of the Guild and has no control over any drama/RNF which may be accessed or available through them. The Guild does not endorse, sponsor, recommend or otherwise accept any responsibility for such third party items or their drama or availability. In particular, the Guild does not accept any liability for any infringement of any person's e-peen rights by, or liability arising out of any drama or RNF contained on, any such third party website.

By using the Guild or Guild Bank, users agree to the use of lewtz as outlined by this disclaim, and to the Guild's use of gainz, as described above.
