This problem is really simple. Currently mez for bards and enchanters are taking player level into account and it should not. Right now a 55+ player can only be raptured. Low level mez's don't even have a resist check, they are just ignored outright. No message displayed at all showing the bard/enchanter even tried to mez me.

This needs to be fixed, but a video or logs might help get dev attention.

Quite a few unresistable spells currently exist as well as ones that ignore line of sight, range checks, have the wrong cast times or otherwise drown my immersion in a half full sink of dirty water.

Sirken has assured us to not worry and that none of this will be changed.

Thats completely irrelevant to the mesmerize spells/songs that used to work, but since the last patch no longer do anything in pvp.

Not that I expect it to be fixed, but trolling the bug thread with other bugs is not helping anyone.

Enchanter mez line also bugged in pvp.

Mesmerise, Enthrall, Entrance, dazzle capped at level 55 players

Glamour of Kintaz capped at lvl 57 players

Rapture only enchanter mez that works on lvl 58+

Needs a fix so enchanters can pvp higher levels, thanks!

I am curious about the GMs/ Devs thoughts on mez in PvP. Is it currently working as intended (i.e., lvl caps apply to players), and if not are there any plans to "fix" the issue in the future?
