The president of Russia is former Deep State and therefore the country has no need for a Deep State to fight him or keep him from being something he should be, that which is the President.

How is this not superior to know who your leader is? And that you don't have to suspend belief (as you do in the USA) to believe the President is more than just a figurehead.
