Awww :(. At least when shit hits the fans you can outswim them

I only remember it working against walls if there was like a waterfall or something. People used to use felwithe all the time for this. numlock and afk facing a waterfall or something like that. You couldn't do it everywhere. only certain places.

There seems to be a “sweet spot” for it too, some times circle swim even with loc changing will give 1 skillup in 10 minutes, other area it can give 10 in 2 minutes, I usually move somewhere else if I don’t see a skill increase in about 2 minutes. Definitely one of the weirder skills in terms of when it will go up.

My swimming is around 120. No AFK swimming. I just never pass up an opportunity to swim while I'm travelling.

It's basically the opposite thing.

Afk swim exploiting in a corner is classic.

Mages having all their research and vendor pets in the first little bit is not.

I look in nektulos but red piranha made me recalculate my interest lol.

Dying to a green shark is a massive motivator for swimming skill. The swim with 3 points is just a slow drown lol.

One of the best places I've found to practice swimming is the big circular moat pool inside Neriak. Don't ask me where it's been years since I've been there, but it's a large water donut and has always leveled my swimming up quickly. Whenever I dinged, next time into the city would involve a run there followed by a few minutes of swimming to max it again.

I got plenty of skill ups in Innothule, which kept me at the level cap.
