Why don't you form your own group from the people LFG and go somewhere quieter?
I've done this a bunch of times when the popular spots are too busy, people are generally happy to go somewhere with a lower ZEM if it means they can group up and get some Exp.

Name a lower populated place and I'll let you know how cramped it was last night when I went there looking for xp.
Literally the only place that I could've went and started killing while waiting for my group to arrive was kerra island, and I didn't wanna mess up my faction til doing a few quests there first. |
