This boss in tofs was tough.

There's another in tofs - a dude drops a Signet ring that does nothing, but hints some connection in Kael where his brother is missing his signet ring.

There hasn't been enough time to code unfinished quests yet. The project only launched 10 years ago.

P99 launched in 2009, that's 15 years+ in the works. I think 15 years is plenty of time considering Shards of Dalaya has been doing it since they launched. They even had their own epic quests back in like 2007 when I was playing. Hell they even redid the stats and made shamans need charisma so they don't get resisted (charisma affects overall resistance there).

The only custom content we should get is a way to reset the sleeper.
