bump - down to 5-6~ seconds from 15~ ramdisk + eqlite

A lot has to do how fast your internet is also. I have ported tons and tons of people and I almost always zone in before them. 20mp internet with Windows Vista 64, 4 gig ram, 3.9 6 core AMD, $100.00 video card. My $400.00 card took a crap. :(
