When I was the only person to sell an Earth Staff MQ in over two years during the days where it only dropped from the highly contested Inny himself, the earth staff went for 800k.

How does this still cost roughly the same when it now only requires a single group, drops from a mini boss (not Inny only), and are routinely farmed/sold?

Because it drops roughly once a week or less, same as before. And now a single group can contest instead of needing a raid guild.

The mage epic staff was also bugged and did not drop for almost 2 years.

What do you mean who told me? Maybe you missed the whole point in velious where the magi did not drop the staff. They fixed it and then it was bugged again for another 8 months.
