Nice work Planarity. Although I'm kind of curious, did your ex pet kill you after charm broke right after Crusader kill?

Also, props on your Velious UI. I'm using the same myself and loving it, except the AA bar letters when you hit 51 kind of blocks the actual xp bar. I definitely need to get those classic icons though. Noticed you were missing the actual mana numbers on your inventory screen. If you want them, I project1999.orged it and found a simple solution:

Step 1: Go to UI folder default_old.
Step 2: Copy EQUI_Inventory.xml
Step 3: Go to the UI folder you use.
Step 4: Paste.
Step 5: Mana.

Good luck to you sir.

Unless crusader was changed, he wasn't actually healing himself. there are two spawns near him (left and right from your screenshot) that you want to check for healers before you kill crusader, otherwise they will heal him. from what i remember, crusader just despells you over and over as you kill him.

edit nice kill tho

Thanks for the tip. I tried this--it worked and I like being able to see the mana, but it also makes the inventory window much bigger. I may have to tweak the xml of the velious one to include it.

He was definitely healing himself. A lot. The shaman and then the wan knight next to him were my two pets for the fight. I don't think any of the other shamans were in range of him.
[Sat Dec 07 08:42:05 2013] a froglok crusader regains concentration and continues casting.
[Sat Dec 07 08:42:05 2013] A froglok crusader feels much better.

Crusader is a paladin, so he will cast heals when either a player or pet is in melee range. I found that when no healers are spawned at the 2 spawns to left/right before crusader and you stay out of melee range while keeping it rooted and he wont heal himself( little harder to root/dot as an ench lol.) He also uses LoH at low health if hes engaged by a player/pet at melee range. That specific area of guk sucks in particular due to the healers/buffers helping mobs through the wall but I'm fairly sure if you engage a mob that's out of range of friendly healers and stay out of melee range they won't heal themselves. Atleast they never used to when I hunted there on tass; I haf a nice little farming/exping cycle lol I went from evil eye to noble to king/tact to herbalist then finished with crusader before returning to EE.

Next kill for which I have a screenshot: Kobold King in solb.
Was relatively straightforward, though annoying that he dots everything. he doesn't have a pet like the wiki says he does. Pulling him with all three royals rooms full pop with see invis mobs was annoying--had to use bind sight to get targets on everything for calms. Even then, some adds came that I had missed.

Bind sight is so awesome. I STILL can't believe I played Tecmos for like 6+ months before the first time I used it to scout and get lull targets. You're right about it being annoying though, especially if you've already got a mob you want to use as a pet by you and you're trying to keep it rooted while binding+lulling in a room around a corner. Pain in the ass how bind sight goes off on your CURRENT target, even if you were targetted on something else when you began the spellcast.

honestly most of you are lying. no undead mob should ever be on this list, 2x ghoulbanes and gg.
