Not really "known". These items were suspected. The Nunes memo just shows that they are true.

The government really needs to clean its act up. There is no way a citizen should ever, ever be spied upon by the government because their opponent (political, in this case) makes up a story saying they broke the law. Carter Page should be hung until dead.
