Someone that destroyed an item by mistake, pretty quick to verify and easy to reimburse. On the other end of the spectrum is scamming or stripped accounts. In these case it could take us hours of our own free time to restore the characters and hunt down every item because the player shared their credentials with a "friend".

Thanks for weighing in Menden. You guys were super quick to create actions (not fulfilled yet) to identify and restore items to my account all within a day or two of the original petition (awesome!!)
I guess it's just waiting for Llandris' queue to shrink. I've even gotten several pieces back by either looting them off dropped mobs or buying even if they're lore... so hopefully they will just go to another toon on my account? I don't want to slow the process, but I also want to keep playing the game. |
