no you're actually totally right about that. lowering GM's to the level of CSR work will inevitably burn them out. in blue's case, with high end raid scene petitions and drama. in red's, because the server is so toxic that we troll every guide off (which take quite a while for the GM's to train on blue) they are goddamn saints for putting up with any of that nerd shit for free tbqh. praise Derubael for ca$hin out before he got sick of you nerds.

a very simple solution would be to get a GM/guide who actually understands EQ PvP

appointing people who have never played a PvP server to police red is a recipe for disaster, as we've seen time after time

Both servers have had their share of toxic people. Only difference is, 1 server is more toxic on the forums then the other. Take a guess who
