39+ mage pets
 

Two questions:

1. Was no 39+ mage pets classic, or a p99 specific issue?

2. When will they be added? If it was classic, I assume on the correct timeline. If p99 bug, I hope soon??

Research only I heard. Are you saying they can't be made with research?

No currently the game has no way of obtaining these spells, either through research or vendors

You can only research level 34 fire and air pets. No earth or water. And you can’t purchase any mage pets from a vendor after level 20.

Next patch is adding pet spells to cover the broken recipes, two pets at 34/39, 1 at 49.

What is the date of the “next patch”? And will this fix research for all as well? Or just add some vendor pets?

Unknown for date, just “next patch”, and only pet levels with broken recipes will get the pets, and only for the broken elements.

I assume we also don’t know if that next patch is the Plane of Fear patch, or just some rando friendly neighborhood patch to adjust things?

It's following the classic timeline. Research was 'broken' and many pets were missing for the first 2-3 months. Expect the timeline update for mage pets in January. Not too long now!
