Melodious Befuddlement from Melodious Truncheon
 

This item procs a mez that's not sopossed to have a level cap, and is unresistable. The unresistable part I believe is in there already. But currently the cap is 55. Some of the posts I find also show it as having a 100% mem wipe, but I don't believe I have enough evidence to fully support that.

"Most of the things I knew were mentioned by now, but I don't recall anyone talking about the item from Charasis that would proc a mez on any mob in the game. How many guilds had bards hitting the boss of Txevu with those things to completely gimp the encounter? It was pretty cool to finally have an event which begged us to use them and we wouldn't even get bitched at for the occasional mez memwipe.

Bump. Has this been addressed?

Bump. Please fix the lvl cap on this, and maybe look into the mem blur portion. I believe the mem blur portion is what makes this thing interesting on raids. You can use it to block spell casters, but then the blur changes target to a non tank makes it interesting! lol. That sorta balances the overpowered unresistable no lvl limit mez.

Currently this proc is functioning nowhere near how it did in classic - the truncheon is basically a tanking weapon now because of the aggro on the proc.

Removed level cap, pending update. Mem blur seems right looking at old spdat.

Is this functioning correctly yet? I got it to work on a level 56 player in a duel, but when I tried using this against Overking Bathezid just for shits, he resisted it 3 times.
