I'm suffering
 
From yet another case of IBS and the hershey squirts. anyone have advice on a maintainable diet that doesn't agitate the gut, and let's me replace all the bad bacteria with good bacteria that makes me crave squirt-light vegetables?

i got a double quarter pounder from mcdonalds today and it was only cooked to like medium...

ate it anyway, like a boss

I suggest eating half a stick of butter at every meal since that's there current p99 'fitness' flex

Banana and fibre one butt then you will just get alternating constipation and huge shits vs the squirts for hours.

Some foods are worse than others. Treat it like an allergy. Give yourself a very tame and bland diet. Something you ate caused inflammation. It could be everything though. In that case you're screwed.

Seek a drs advice on this. I have only barely managed to survive with my bubblygutts. They may have an actually useful prescription. If they do plz share. Hopefully this helps.

Chewing a lot and eating food that is small and fully disintegrated helps too. Don't try to swallow whole 8 once strips of steak.

I found I struggle to digest protein. It sucks. Butt eating a plate full of unblenderfied protein is like horrible for me. You may be different.
