This patch involves a spells file change. Make sure to get the latest from the setup guide.

Code

• Rogean: I forget what I changed but I'm putting this line here to make it look like I did something.
• Haynar: Adjusted aggro amount from Cancel magic line of spells.
• Haynar: Fix for items created from quests, so they will by default have max charges.

Content

• Haynar: Capped swimming skills at 200.
• Haynar: Divine Aura now requires level 55 for Paladins.
• Haynar: Dance of the Fireflies is now available to Rangers.
• Haynar: Tainted Breath has had its mana cost and damage output adjusted.
• Aeolwind: Vox, Nagafen, Innoruuk & Cazic-Thule have had their AC Values increased to be more consistent. The remainder of the mobs in Hate, Fear & the giants will have their AC values tweaked soon.
• Nilbog: Aglthin Dasmore should no longer spawn beneath the world.
• Nilbog: Raffel Minnmorn will now have the proper faction.
• Nilbog: Raffel Minnmorn quest fixed
• Nilbog: Uzak in Grobb will now sell rubies.
• Nilbog: Mountain Lions will no longer inhabit Steamfont Mountains.
• Nilbog: Created and populated "an aviak chick"
• Nilbog: Rescued Guard Gabel from the mountain. He will now hang out with Guard Dunn as intended.
• Nilbog: Annaelia Wylassi will no longer spawn. She will return at her appropriate time.
• Nilbog: The orc runner of Butcherblock has found correct pathing.
• Nilbog: You may no longer bind in the plane in hate.
• Nilbog: Added missing glare lord wanderer in the plane of fear
• Nilbog: Replaced the turmoil toads on the West side of fearplane will more appropriate mobs.
• Nilbog: You may now levitate in Solusek's Eye. (soldunga)
• Nilbog: There were 3 roaming skeletons in miragul's cave. Now there are 2.
• DOACleric: Pathing and aggro radius in Mistmoore have been adjusted
• DOACleric: Glyphed warders will now spawn in the correct spot and not on top of the castle
• DOACleric: Cros Treewinds staff will no longer drop until he is... defiled
• DOACleric: Lord Soptyvr is now an enchanter as he should be
• DOACleric: Quest text for Toxdil and Bubar fixed
• DOACleric: Price for Sparkling sapphire has been corrected
• DOACleric: Lynada the Exiled will now see through a rogues hide
• DOACleric: Lanhern Firepride will now correctly switch shifts with Meera Lylon.
• Mixxit: Added forge outside groflahs in nfp
• Mixxit: Fixed an issue where new players who start in SFG were being created under the world.

Is it possible to put a link to the actual file we need to download for the changes in the patch message?

I agree that that would be very convenient. It is in the Setup guide though.

I downloaded the new spell files, still won't let me scribe it at level 16 even though it says lvl 15

Yes.

That's the one I used. When I scribe the spell it says I have to be level 255 before scribing it, even though the spell says (RNG) 15. Is it because I bought the scroll before the change?

it's still showing the file from 5/3 (the previous spell file change) for me. Its not showing as being updated on 5/23. Which version is in your folder ken?
