/friend list is capped at 100

/foe would be nice -- right now most people just mix it with friends anyway.

Doesnt effect the game, seems like a positive addition to modern times, similar to keeping zone tell queues or higher resolutions.

Classic is 10, then with the May 8, 2001 patch it was extended to 30.
