Vail of Tunare's Breath
 

I just made a human inny cleric, 13 and already dubious with paineel!. I'm trying for the Fright Forged Helm. I've still got Obretl which is easy enough, and the Vial of Tunare's Breath. I've heard that the Vial is a pain to get. How rare is it really? I heard it can be MQ'd, is that true? If so, how much is it sold for? Any other tips for a new disciple of despair?

The other Summoning quests are a ways off still. Do you need indifferent Heretics faction to turn them in, or is dubious sufficient? Excited for the inny symbol tonight!

I also just looked at the human inny cultural and it's beautiful. How much does it usually sell for?

Inny cultural is around 7k for a full set.
Vial of tunare breath is pain in the ass, but clearing everything nearby sisters camp in Lfay within a large radius should help you spawn kayla woodshisper. Gotta be patient

Thanks a lot folks. I posted in the priest forum too and got some good info. I found a kind soul to MQ the breath for me, and I got the charred bone chips to drop after 5 hours of camping today! Also found someone to do the inny cultural combine for me when I get the sapphires!
