If ambitious transplants avoid Tiggly behavior, I believe sportsmanlike relationships can be built.

I'd hate to be the only guild on a server and can't even kill the end game content of a 17 year old game.

Like once a week you guys can build community and work together and get stuff done. Kill each other over petty bullshit rest of the week. I honestly don't think your server has forever considering you apparently don't have the resources to kill content.

My point is that PvE content is not the only reason people play here. Like that Murda guy. I bet he hasn't killed a mob in six months. It might be hard to imagine if you are a PvE-driven player, but it's true. Some people play on Red99 for PvP.
