necro epic spell effects
 

Good evening server staff,

I don't know if this is intended or classic, but the necromancer epic spell particles fade quicker then the cast time. For about 2-3 seconds we just stand there while casting with no effect. The augment death pants have longer cast time yet the spell particles last the whole duration. The Soul well staff, same thing.

A fix would be super cool, if its classic then mb for bringing this up. I did not have my epic back then so I have no idea.

Torment of Shadow's spell particle effect will now last its full duration.

Fixed, pending update.
