When you go to the forum direct there is another and newer post from 2019 :

in this newer post you can read that you should delete some files ( 2.3 File Deletions ).

In the old version i did not find this ... ok i do it like this newer post said , but i ask me why i should delete these files in 2019 and not in 2010 ?

The 2010 guide by Rogean used to include the file deletions. You can see he updated the posted with an edit in Jan 2020. Perhaps deleting the files is no longer required
