Where is DOOR1 in East Freeport?
 

Looking to train lock picking.

Looks like 12 or 13 on wiki map but it's not clear so I can see how you are having trouble

Downstairs at Hallard's Resales. This is the locked door behind which is a groundspawn for the Burning Rapier quest (Rogue Redemption). Also, it requires a 130 lockpick skill to open, so unless you're skilling up higher level lockpicking, you're wasting your time looking for this door. You'd do just as well to hit up Befallen, and you might be helping some young adventurers there by opening those doors.

Do higher level doors actually have higher skillup rates? I've always done 1-200 on the befallen door.

That door in Befallen is all you need.

Thought so. I spose change it up if you want to see a different wood pattern or something. I like befallen personally cause I kill the gynok moltor PH while lockpicking and maybe get a bonus paw of opola out of it.
