An Erudin NPC, apparently connected to a "Flourite Stone Earring" quest

Allakhazam has her listed as an original EQ NPC.
She's not anywhere I can see her in Erudin.

Not sure if the quest is classic but should she be in the zone?

She's part of a Legacy of Ykesha quest, so unlikely. When Allakhzam lists it as "Original" it means shes in a non-expansion zone.
