Sol Ro quests, class restricted?

Basically can a druid do the quest for Harvester and the ShadowBound stuff or do you have to be a necromancer?

You sure can! Then you can sell them or transfer them to your necro.

Almost no quests are class-restricted. Epics...that might be it.
