You only need enough Crusader's of Greenmist faction, both the Stupendious tome and the Hero's Khukri is provided.

Also little precision, the required faction with the crusaders of the Greenmist is just amiable, which any iksar sk should have at start, just trying the quest text should be enough to make sure, and i can lend an OVP if a slight push to faction is still needed...
