Any way to make fullscreen?
 

Sorry if this question has been answered, I'm pretty new to this.

Whenever I launch the game it auto goes into windowed mode. f11 doesn't work.

Any help is greatly appreciated lol.

Alt+enter will enable full screen.

It’s best to set your horizontal & vertical windowed resolution to match your full screen resolution. This is done in the eqclient.ini file. I can’t remember them, just search for ‘window’ and you’ll find them. Otherwise, clicking outside the windowed mode resolution can result in a return to desktop.

For example, if you are 1920x1080, but your windowed mode settings are 800x600, any click outside of 800x600 pixels will ‘click through’ the client and send you to your desktop. At least, that was my experience. YMMV.

I don't have the eqclient.ini file in my eq folder yet I can play in windowed mode how can i change resolution without it?

If you install in Program Files the client doesnt have permission to write files in its own folder and will place everything it needs to write somewhere in Users/Name/AppData. Settings, Logs, screenshots etc will all end up here in this case

You can move the EQ folder into the C: drive (recommended) but you'll have to reset a lot of settings (including UI/macros) unless you found the AppData EQ files and moved them over
