The welfare pixel quest? Everyones lvl 50 alt shows up is the main issue at that thing too many people

Turn the area immediately around Scout into a pvp arena that activates when she spawns. When you die inside this designated area, your bind will temporarily change to the SG zoneline but you respawn with rez effects.
