PVE Server: Offensive Spells on Players
 

When casting an offensive spell on other players, the targeted player animates as if they're casting the spell. The particles also de-level based on the targeted player's level instead of the casters.

This bug does not exist when you cast non-offensive spells on other players. They do not animate and the particles display based on the caster's level.

I'm worried that Bard AOE effects will be really annoying if everyone animates each time the bard song ticks.
