[Consolidated] Selling Quest Loot Yields No Coin
 

It seems there are several threads popping up about what appears to be the same issue:

Apparently if you receive items from a Quest turn in and try to sell them to a vendor, you get the "You receive X monies for your Y" message but you don't actually get any of the coin. Apparently zoning does not make the coin appear in your inventory either.

As I haven't noticed an official response in any of the threads yet, I figured consolidating them and making one thread to follow might be easier.

Specific Reported Instances:

• * Bronze weapons returned from handing in Bandit Sashes in South Qeynos (Chesgard Sydwen : -297, -493?)
  * Armor and Items received from turning in Aviak Chick Talons in North Kaladim (Bumle Reminjar : 1389, 133)
  * Armor and Items received from turning in Bone Chips in North Kaladim (Gunlok Jure : 1312, 157)
  * Armor and Items received from turning in Crushbone Belts in South Kaladim (Canloe Nusback : -22, 534)
  * Cash from handing in Concordance of Research in North Karana (Myrsila : 2095, -1200)
  * Cash from handing in Concordance of Research in South Ro (Smith Tv'Ysa : 100, 500)
  * Rusty Two-Handed Sword from turning in Lizard Meat in Oggok (Soonog : loc? Shadowknight GM)

This is already fixed, just wait for the update.

I will wait for the update to fix this issue, however I have another issue that may or may not be related to this. I have also had the issue that I purchased an item and didn't receive that item but instead received a different item in its place. Such as purchasing a ring mail bracer and getting a cloth bracer instead.

When is the update?

Hopefully soon. This is game breaking for us noobis.

Vendor bought items also
 

Didn't read all the posts in all the threads, so this might have been mentioned already...
The bug also seems to apply to anything purchased from a vendor. Didn't test it a lot, but did buy a smattering of random things and try to sell them back, with no coin increase.

So, is there any place to apply for reimbursement? :( When's the patch? This post is over a week old, you know?

hey that happened to me yesterday buying from a vendor...I thought I had hit the wrong item so had to buy it again...it took the same amount twice so had hit the right one. nothing else around it was the same price.
