Anyone seen Warden Bruke since the reset?
 

I've been camping him non-stop for 4 hours on red (yes I'm sure I am killing the right PHer). Is he really this rare?

I've done many Ring quests... he can be rather annoying.

I think the longest I've camped him is 3 hours though...
