Monk Hand to Hand skill bug?

Hello,

I play a 59 monk and my hand to hand skill is listed as 243 skill and highlighted red text. Just noticed this the other day, so i petitioned. I was asked to post about it here. Have spoke to another monk same level who is having the same issue. This skill was maxxed at some point(i thought). Any help would be appreciated.

It's a client side bug I believe. The server is using your correct value so there is no effect on gameplay.

Ive heard this and been under this assumption for a while. But is there any proof to this?
