Level requirement to be TLd
 

Good no drop chest was rotting. I made a level 1 Monk and requested a tl to the equipment. It punted me to the safe spot in EC and said you don't have the exp to travel the planes or something. Is there a level needed to be TL, or did he cast the wrong spell? This was a TL to CS.

You need a key to get to Cobalt Scar via teleport, it is a ground spawn inside the rings.

And yes, you need to be at least level 5 to make the initial journey to Cobalt Scar to get your key.

You can get a TL to CS without the tooth, have done it on several toons now. All other port options (ring, gate, circle) requires the tooth beforehand but for whatever reason not TL.

I can confirm that i did get TL'ed yesterday for first time to Velious and i been able to get my CS tooth

It is level 46 to enter any of the planes.

Oh, CS. non-planar. Ya, probably 5. With enough help, could like make it to ToV at that level. Assume that was where you were heading.
